Phil began the idea of Engy Southwest Container Products in 2014 and quickly worked on building the best team possible for this new venture. With over 25 years of experience in the industrial packaging industry, finding the right team was not a problem. Prior to starting Engy, he worked as Chief Operating Officer for a Foreign Steel Mill and helped expand its footprint in North America. Phil started his career at Russell- Stanley in production and then moved up in responsibility as the years went by. While at Mauser, he held various executive roles and was part of the Senior Leadership team. Throughout his career he was involved in the strategic growth and acquisition phase of Mauser. Phil’s experience extended in Steel, Plastic and IBC packaging. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Business from the University of Houston.
Paul joined Engy Southwest Container Products in June 2016 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Engy he spent 20 years with Russell-Stanley/ Mauser holding various roles from Regional Sales Representative, Sales Manager Houston Steel Division and finishing his career with Mauser Corp. as a Global Key Account Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston with minors in Marketing and Finance.
Isidro has been in the Industrial Packaging Industry for over 20 years focusing on designing, building equipment and maintenance. Isidro worked for 12 years at Mauser holding various roles from engineer to Maintenance Manager. Isidro holds a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Mexico.
David joined the team in October 2017 as Safety & Health Environmental Quality Manager and has an outstanding track record of developing and leading successful manufacturing plants and providing enhancements in the field of Safety and Quality. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Safety, Quality and Environmental in a manufacturing structure. David attended the University of Houston, College of Technology with emphasis on Industrial Distribution.
Arturo joined the team in January 2016 and with his experience in both the operational and mechanical fields helped with the construction of the facility. Arturo started his career at FEMSA in Monterrey holding various positions in Operations. He studied in Monterrey.

We view our Customer Service Team as one of our competitive advantages. Our Customer Service team has more than 30 years combined Steel Drum manufacturing and Steel trading experience. They work closely with our Sales and Manufacturing teams to insure our customers have the best possible experience.
